I don't know.  Were they?  At the moment, no one knows who blew Nordstream.    That they may have said one thing that by chance might turn out to be correct doesn't mean they don't habiitually lie even when caught red handed.

Saturday at Liberty Con in the Ukraine panel it was noted that SpaceX/Starlink could be attacked by Russia because they decided that StarLink was an enemy asset. I noted that SpaceX has the capability of putting payloads on another continent with a very small CEP in a rapid fashion. A Falcon Heavy Litho-braking in Red Square would leave quite a divot.
