Four English muffins toasted, sliced and buttered, topped with hash browns (smothered and covered of course), next layer of four scrambled eggs, then covered in truck stop gravy (fried sausage and onions in a white sauce), topped with melted cheese and salsa. Served with coffee, OJ, water and a cardio-pacemaker as necessary. Necessary breakfast for loggers, iron workers, farm and construction laborers, and city dwelling office drones to help them do the work that needs to be done!

That sounds very similar to a dish we has here called the "breakfast horseshoe", which is a variation of the regular "horseshoe sandwich". The regular horseshoe sandwich is toast, then meat - usually hamburger, then fries, then a rarebit cheese sauce.
