1946+ German Tank Guns

Has anyone tried to figure out the likely gun data for the projected 105mm KwK L/70, 150mm KwK 44 L/38 or 170mm KwK 44 guns speculated as armament for the German super-heavy prototypes? I am looking for what-if game designing so 100% accurracy is not needed, but accurracy is still helpful.
