The round things embedded in the deck with the triangular inserts are the deck wash nozzles. Now used for both NBC decontamination and fire suppression.I'm willing to be corrected, but I'm pretty sure those are tiedown anchors. Most are tiedowns I'm sure. There is a deck washdown system though. The washdown nozzles are not very large as far as I can tell.
