It's Olympic Voyager having fun in the Med 3 or 4 years ago. Wave smashed a bridge window and caused a short that brought down the plant and the stablisers. Huge sail area crosses ship to the sea and wind pushes the superstructure (that's why it roll more to starboard than to port) combined with monohull (LCS take note).

 

Family went on a cruise that summer in this ship (this happened in February or March) that same year, but by then bridge windows had been reinforced.
