"What if" no Pacific War

I know it's a "what if", but "if" the Germans don't have to dedicate so much equipment to France and send it East instead, they may have held out some type of deal. Additionally, what would have become of all the damage done to German infrastructure by the bombing?

I am assuming you mean what would happen to the infrastructure bombing give a 1943 invasion?

 

I have postulated that the SBC could contimue, in fact it would be enhanced by fighters being drawn from defense of Germany to the Normady fighting. Also the "Transportaion Plan" that interrupted the SBC in 1944 would not be necessary if we rely on mediums to maintain a Zone of Interdiction around the lodgement, instead of wrecking all of France to deceive the Germans as to where the lanings would be.
