Is it even possible for Russia to shoot down enough Starlink statellites to make a difference? There are something like 2300 in orbit now and each launch sends up 50 or more at a time.

Recent events prompted my question, did any WWII nations use battlefield chemical weapons? My question is directed at use by combat troops against other combat troops, not the use of chemical weapons in the concentration camps.

A former Nike site, SL-40 is up for sale. It is said to be one of the best preserved Nike sites left. A little wary about making any bid though as TCE contamination is a big problem at a lot of these sites. At least the elevators still work. The scale of the destruction at Pearl Harbor surely fanned the "sneak attack" outrage. If the attack had been somewhat successful for Japan, a few ships sunk but no battleships, do you think it would be as much of a "sneak attack"?
