MODERATOR IS LOSING PATIENCE WITH THOSE WHO ARE FILING FRIVOLOUS COMPLAINTS REGARDING THE WORLD "PALLY" THE STAFF HAS DETERMINED THIS IS NOT, I REPEAT NOT A VIOLATION OF THE ROE.
