80 years of technical development of remote controlled AFVs and they are performing worse than these first teletanks. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teletank Amazing.

"One America's Pearson Sharp visited the war-torn town of Douma outside the capital of Damascus, looking for evidence of a chemical attack. However, residents there deny the claims of an attack, and say it was staged to help the rebels escape."

Did an image search for that burning Merkava IV picture and found this: https://www.fresh.co.il/vBulletin/showthread.php?t=579703 (Same picture at the end of the thread) Translation of the comments: "This picture was recently published in the VK with the description that it was the impact of an anti-tank missile during the Second Lebanon War, and the fire was extinguished and the engine replaced." "The picture was shown to me 10 years ago by D., one of the crew members of the tank and perhaps the one who took it (not closed on it). The tank was indeed hit by an anti-tank missile, the team abandoned it without casualties, and later they were evacuated to Israel, I did not ask him, and he did not tell what exactly they were doing and if they extinguished"

Amazing videos! It would be such a blast to participate to this kind of multinational multitank competition! So many skills and strength are tested. Well done Austria with older LEOs.

That T-90 will have the honor to be the first T-90 destroyed in combat.

I'm curious why the Russians didn't go with the MiG29 all along? The Chinese I know didn't have a choice; if they wanted something produced domestically with sufficient T:W ratio and slow enough stall speed there basically wasn't anything else in inventory. But given the lack of hanger space on the Kuz, why weren't 29's the first choice? Mig-29 was a disappointment. Too expensive for a light fighter. Su-27 gave much more performance with little more cost. Source: "Russian military expert comparing F-35 and T-50 (PAK-FA) (English subtitles)" Interesting video. Surprisingly gives F-35 good remarks.

More like artillery porn, but plenty of self propelled guns visible. Quality firepower video from the latest excercise. " Army Combined Fires Exercise 2016 gathered all in all 4000 soldiers to train in Rovajärvi firing range. In this Finnish Defence Forces’ largest overall live firing and leadership exercise the aim was to enhance formation and task force firing as well as interoperability between the Army branches on a broad spectrum. In addition to troops from all Army brigade-level units, Navy and the Border Guard also a detachment from Sweden’s Artillery Regiment (A9) participated in the exercise as part of the ongoing bilateral cooperation between the Finnish and Swedish Armies. " Biggest artillery arm in (W) Europe:

Security Policy Implications Of A Trump Presidency

Actually, this only shows how clueless he is and how much he believes in modern American mythology. European NATO and EU each have almost twice as much personnel as all of Russia..... This. Best analysis of the year. Bravo! This same myth is played here in Finland in a smaller scale. NATO-propagandists have created a myth where Finland is alone and defenseless. In reality Finland is not alone in EU, and its one of the best defended places on earth. -
