They (whole west is) are behind whole drone warfare. UKR/RUS have first hand gone thru that evolution and most effective counter to drone sofar has been… another drone. Both sides are starting to mass produce these ”antidrone drones” aswell.
Totally false. Even during UKR conflict airfefences have been upgraded multiple times to get better results against ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, drones, arms, ECM, etc.
It totally does in UKR conflict. Most succesfully RUS assaults are just few infantry with motorcycles and supported by drones and indirect fire. They capture small area, defend it and are supported by drones and indirect fire. If UKR uses armor to counterattack, RUS drones immediately attack those.
Drones were used from start of war, but mass use of those has started only after UKR failed -23 counteroffensive. Nowdays both side can use tens of FPV drones to hunt single vehicle (like ~60 used on single RUS tank recently).
Drones now are so common that you dont need tanks or other direct fire support assets. You can just destroy all enemy position with just drones and use them as your fire support. You only need fast vehicle for attack to get you infantry next position so that enemy drones have as little time as possible to intercept. And currently about 70% of casualties are caused by drones in both sides.
I mentioned UKR reports (and RUS) as those are official (and totally false). We dont have any reliable report to compare both side real losses, so claiming UKR is succesfull is scretched as I said. They could even have more losses (unlikely, but possible) as RUS have had firepower adventage whole war.
Those are traditional methods but current war has shown them not to be that usable in current conflight. Drones have changes warfare alot and mostly both side just try to hide and use fast small groups in attack (and in defence aswell). UKR "reports" of RUS losses are mostly just propaganda (as is RUS reports that claim pretty much similar losses for UKR).
We dont know real losses of either side (except they are heavy for both) so claiming that is quite bit of scretch. Also RUS has ability to sustain much higher losses than UKR and still "win".
Ofcourse RUS is focusing military and strategic targets. Claiming that they focus just "terror bombing cities" is just pure UKR side propaganda. Hits to civilian targets are mostly intercepted/jammed drones/missiles or failed UKR airdefence.
All these drawings lack that tunnel that”spriral down, down, down” -> again points that these are not accurate and any conclussion based on these are not either.
I wonder if drawings currently available was leaked on purpose by Iran long time ago just to misdirect all Intel?
