I have, and it only makes sense to redeploy, when you are that close, that said, it already had patriots stationed there, and I doubt they evacuated all personnel, as that would be a massive effort. your initial argument is that the US did not have assets to address if Iran closed the straits, and I am pointing out that they did. your comments are petty, and show your expertise in military matters.

You do realize that the US has other assets other than patriots, they deployed fighters, bombers and tankers

the Americans evacuated forces from the Gulf before the raid for fear of Iranian missile attack they deployed a lot of assets to Saudi Arabia, so not sure of you facts
