Acording the JC they have already done that. Well the cat is definitely amongst the pigeon. The question is do they have the numbers to win a VNC which JC was going to have when the time was right and they were certain they would win (can't remember how long before they can run another VNC if they lose this one but I think it will take them beyond 31st). More to the point if they win do they have enough votes to form a government bearing in mind all those indy MPs who JC has upset. JC seems to be counting on those Tories who are remain but they may not want to see him as PM as well as the LibDems who feel the same way.
